RentExpert was founded by technology entrepreneurs, Dr. Ganapathy Krishnan, John Guthrie and Kalyani Krishnan. All of us have families and we realized that it was no fun staying in a hotel room, despite the fancy front lobby. We also realized that the technology available for owners of rental properties is outdated and hard to use. This led to the idea of using our technical expertise to provide a valuable service at no cost to owners of rental homes. Our technology helps automate many of the mundane tasks associated with managing rentals, saves time and differentiates you from your competition. This is especially crucial during the off season or when business is slow.
