This optional program uses proven marketing strategies to build consumer interest in your rental(s). When a consumer contacts us about renting your property, we pass them along to you to close the deal.

This is a great way to keep your rental booked, especially when business is slow.

Pricing

Our RentFree™ vacation rental management system and website hosting is ALWAYS FREE regardless of whether or not you opt-in to any of our paid services.

RentExpert also offers optional Virtual Tours and Professional Photography for $199 - $259.

While RentExpert does not charge for payment processing, the credit-card processor charges $0.30 per transaction plus 1.9% - 2.9% of the transaction amount.

Pricing

We will periodically send you inquiries for your rental with detailed information about what the renter is looking for. Some of these inquiries will cost you nothing - all you need to do is contact the renter to close the deal.

Other inquiries will be priced between $2 and $7 and may be purchased when needed. You pay nothing if you decide not to talk to the renter. There are no monthly fees and no quotas.
